Supporting the Brainspotting community, and especially those in their early years of their Brainspotting journeys is deeply important to me. *The depth to which our clients can heal is related to our capacity for attunement, which grows based on the depth of our own healing.*

FREE BRAINSPOTTING PHASES 1&2 REVIEW & PRACTICE EXCHANGE Brainspotting Frame Set Up Review, Brief Demonstration & Practice Exchange Group
A very inclusive and diverse space designed to support you in integrating Brainspotting into your practice. The best way to embody Brainspotting is to receive Brainspotting, as well as practice it.
- We welcome ALL Brainspotting practitioners and our participants join from the Americas, Asia, and Australia.
- We review a different phase a 1 and 2 frame set up each month.
- This is a structured 2 hour and includes a brief review and brief demo of a different Brainspotting phase 1&2 frame set up each month. Newer Brainspotting practitioners are invited to pair with our support team of more experienced Brainspotters who generously share their time to support you!

FREE BRAINSPOTTING LGBTQ+ ALLY GROUP
Gather with other Brainspotting practitioners who are allies of the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you support a client, family member, friend, colleague and/or the LGBTQ+ community in general, meet with other allies for connection, mutual support, advocacy, learning, examining implicit bias, and practice exchanges.

INDIVIDUAL BRAINSPOTTIG CLINICAL CONSULTATION
As a Brainspotting Consultant, I also support practitioners in deepening their practice—moving beyond just technique and enhancing attunement. Brainspotting is not just about techniques, but deepening attunement in the dual attunement frame – relational and neurobiological by clearing our own limbic countertransference to support staying in uncertainty and the tail of the comet.
