A Community Built for the Healers
Free Brainspotting Community Groups for Practitioners at Every Stage
Brainspotting can feel like a solitary practice, just you, your client, and the frame. But the work deepens when we do it together. When we sit in community, share what we’re navigating, practice with each other, and hold space for one another’s growth, something shifts in all of us.
Supporting practitioners in the early years of their Brainspotting journey is deeply important to me. The depth to which our clients can heal is related to our capacity for attunement, which grows based on the depth of our own healing. Our work creates ripples of healing that flow to all with whom we are in relationship and to all those we serve as clients.
All groups are free. All are open to Brainspotting practitioners at any stage. All you need to do is sign up and show up

Free Brainspotting Phases 1 & 2 Review & Practice Exchange
A structured two-hour group designed to help practitioners deepen their understanding and embodiment of the Brainspotting model. Each month we review a different Phase 1 and 2 frame set-up, followed by a practice exchange where newer practitioners are paired with more experienced Brainspotters for hands-on support.
This group is especially valuable for practitioners who are working toward certification and want to build confidence and precision with the foundational frame set-ups.
Meets the first Wednesday of each month, 6–8 PM PST/9-11 PM EST
Held via Zoom

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
“I am committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and strive to foster an environment where all individuals are valued, respected, and supported.”
The Ripple Goes Further Than You Think.
Every practitioner who grows in their attunement and their capacity to hold space carries that growth into every session they show up for. The healing doesn’t stay in the room. It ripples outward through your clients, through their relationships, through their families and communities, through generations.
That’s why these spaces exist. And that’s why I’m glad you’re here.
