Intensives:
Brainspotting intensive are an immersion into the deepest healing.
The schedule is customized around the needs of the individual.
- Comprised of a series of two therapy hours sessions in close succession over two to three days.
- Sessions are spaced to provide optimal time for integration between sessions, then going even deeper.
- Scheduling enables deeper digging to the origin of the physiology of the trauma in the nervous system – rooted in very early attachment experiences.
Virtual intensives
Intensives can be done virtually throughout California and Arizona.I recommend in person and devoting the days solely to your healing journey.

Our ancestors all once healed in connection with the Earth, and our design has not evolved from that – something in your body still remembers that.
Office
Ideal location by the ocean
- Spend time at the ocean before, between, and after their Brainspotting sessions while the nervous system is integrating the work.
Non-traditional
- Non-traditional I do have a couch and chair, though my office is uniquely designed for comfort as well as very deep work and connecting with nature. You may opt to sit on the floor, on large pillows, in a backjack chair, or may find your body needing to lie down during session.
